Extreme competent Agent!

One stop shop!
Sharon (The Shazzanator) Clark looked after the sale of our property in Narangba. We had a contract on the property within days of signing. Unfortunately it fell through and The Shazzanator was on to it straight away. Within days we had another contract on the property.
Throughout the entire process The Shazzanator kept the communication lines flowing. There were a few hiccups along the way (non agent related) that The Shazzanator sorted out for us. Given we had relocated this was extremely important and valuable. The Shazzanator even arranged her hubby to clean our pool as the pump had been left off following an inspection.
The Shazzanator's level of service and knowledge of the market and area was far above our expectations. If you're planning on selling a home in this area, you won't find better than Sharon Clark.

Enjoying our new home

From the moment Jenny saw the advertisement on the internet (it had only been on the net for a matter of minutes) and called Sharon; we found a lady who was very friendly, helpful and professional in all of our dealings with her.

Well above our expected sale price
I would recommend Sharon Clark above every other agent in our area. Sharon was honest and a dream to talk to regarding any issues during the selling process. Gracious and Considerate
My Husband and I had found Sharon to be very easy to work with, during what turned out to be an unnecessarily complicated process.
Sharon always appeared to be knowledgeable and honest - personally I felt Sharon was always being open about what was going on and kept us informed.

Making Things Easy
Me and my wife were searching for a new and first home for 5 to 6 months. While searching for a long time we met many agents at open home inspections; But Sharon was the one to fulfil our needs. When my wife mentioned to a friend at church that we were probably going to sell our property in the near future, her friend immediately provided a very enthusiastic recommendation for Sharon Clark.
